Partnership Agreement

This Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between [Partner Organization Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Partner," and Africa Youth Empowerment and Civic Engagement Network (AYECEN), hereinafter referred to as "AYECEN," collectively referred to as the "Parties," effective as of [Date].

Background:

AYECEN is a non-governmental organization committed to empowering youth, women, children, and individuals with disabilities, irrespective of gender, race, or religion, by implementing sustainable projects aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Purpose:

The Parties hereby enter into this Agreement to establish a partnership aimed at advancing common goals and objectives.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Scope of Partnership: The Parties agree to collaborate on project implementation, resource sharing, advocacy efforts, technical assistance, access to networks, and advancing common goals and objectives.
  2. Responsibilities: AYECEN agrees to provide technical assistance, expertise, access to networks, and resources as needed upon request and based on capabilities.   3. Duration: This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall remain in effect until terminated by either Party upon 45 days' written notice and account deletion on our platform.

  5. Confidentiality: The Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the partnership.
  6. Termination: Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other Party. Termination shall be effective 45 days upon receipt of written notice.
  7. Amendments: Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.

Additional Terms:

  1. Right to Use Logos and Content: Both Parties agree to grant each other the right to use their respective logos and content for promotional and partnership-related purposes, with prior approval.
  2. Legal Compliance: The Partner agrees not to engage in illegal endeavors of any kind during the course of the partnership. AYECEN shall not be responsible or accountable for any illegal activities undertaken by the Partner.
  3. Responsible Use of AYECEN Resources: The Partner agrees to use AYECEN resources responsibly and in a manner that does not cause harm or violate any laws.
  4. Termination Due to Illegal Activities: AYECEN reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately if the Partner engages in illegal activities.
  5. Further Provisions: Both Parties agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations governing their partnership activities. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved amicably through negotiation between the Parties.
